Our Inter Labial Pads are approximately 4" long and 2.5" wide.

They consist of:

Top Layer - EITHER: Cotton Spandex, OR Cotton French Terry (95% Cotton, 5% Spandex), OR Bamboo French Terry (95% Bamboo Viscose, 5% Spandex)

Bottom layer - Organic Cotton French Terry (100% Organic Cotton).

Serged with Polyester Thread.

Inter Labial Pads are meant to be tucked between the Labia for use on their own, or in addition to a Menstrual Pad. They can disperse your menstrual "gush" to other areas of your Cloth Pad, which is great if you're a heavy center bleeder. Or use them on their own for spotting, daily discharge, or after intimacy.
